  Thus, both types of black gram and white gram are good for health, but the benefits of black gram are like supplements. They are delicious and nutritious. Most of the people eat black and white gram with passion.  People like me eat roasted chickpeas 🙂 Some are fond of eating chickpea pilaf. And some make curries. I break the bread into small pieces and soak it in black chickpea broth and eat it with a spoon. It is a delicious meal.  🙂

 Wash and soak half a small cup of black gram in a glass of water overnight and chew the gram in the morning and drink its water. It has many benefits. It is great for strengthening bones and increasing physical strength.

 If the chickpeas do not rot even after being soaked, then adding a little boiling milk to the cooked curry will cause the chickpeas to rot.
